Our founder's journey began in executive search, where he rose through the ranks to own a nationally recognized firm for 15 years. However, he became disillusioned by the traditional model, finding the typical 30% fee for a single hire to be unreasonable.
Seeking a more effective approach, he transitioned to in-house executive search. There, he built and led a team supporting a 15,000-person business unit within a Fortune 500 company, gaining invaluable insight into large-scale talent acquisition from the client's perspective.
These two distinct worlds converged with the founding of Tasck. Leveraging his deep expertise from both agency and corporate environments, our founder now provides Fortune 500-level search experience and expertise to companies, but in a significantly more value-driven and economical manner.
